Anne V. Mann, LMFT

I am a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and a member of the EMDR International Association. My treatment approach includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR.

I offer tele-counseling via Doxy, a HIPAA-compliant service.  My primary goal is to help the client find their own unique path to a thriving, high-functioning new beginning.  Together, we can work on considering your goals and set measurable, achievable steps toward realizing your definition of success.

My practice focuses primarily on depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. When appropriate, I work in coordination with my client’s medication providers.  Continuity of care can contribute to a successful outcome..

I believe that the client-therapist relationship can be key in helping people address the life challenges that bring them to counseling.  One of my goals as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive environment that may lead to a higher-functioning, brighter, more hopeful future.

I have over 20 years of experience, including private practice, working with child protective services, hospital emergency rooms, and private and public mental health hospitals.

EDUCATION
I have a BA in psychology from UCLA, a Master's degree in counseling from The Catholic University of America (Washington, D.C.), and a year of post-graduate study in Marriage and Family Therapy from Virginia Tech.

I am licensed in Arizona as an LMFT.

$200 50-minute session
$200 Consulting Fee (Hourly, prorated on the quarter hour.)

Billing is via PayPal. Payment is due on the day of the service, 15 minutes prior to beginning the session.
